This placeholder describes, in general terms, the kind of information a real privacy policy for Stay Console will cover once it is reviewed and finalized. It is not a binding statement of current data practice.

We expect to collect account and organization information you provide directly (name, email, organization details), usage data needed to operate the product, and payment information processed by a third-party payment provider rather than stored by us directly.

Guest identity data handled on behalf of a customer organization (for example, passport or residency details collected for regulatory compliance) is treated as the most sensitive category the platform handles, with stricter access controls than the rest of a guest record.

A finalized policy will name every sub-processor, retention period and the applicable legal basis under GDPR before this product is generally available.
